Case Study
Sacred Vibes Yoga
A multi-brand wellness platform running Sacred Vibes Yoga and its sub-brands Sacred Hands and Sacred Sound from one connected system — booking and payments, a paid membership content library, event sync, and an AI-powered admin assistant that manages the business by conversation.

- •Runs three sub-brands — Sacred Vibes Yoga, Sacred Hands, and Sacred Sound — from one shared platform instead of three separate sites.
- •Added a Stripe-billed membership tier system (Digital Studio) gating a video and audio content library, turning content into recurring revenue.
- •Built an AI admin assistant that can create and update blog posts, pages, services, events, bookings, leads, and media through conversation instead of manual admin work.
- •Synced events two-way with Eventbrite and processes class and session payments through Square, all visible and manageable from one dashboard.
Problem
Sacred Vibes Yoga had grown into more than one brand — yoga, therapeutic bodywork, and sound healing — each needing its own identity and content, but the business needed to run all three without tripling its operational overhead with separate sites and admin systems.
Approach
The platform was built brand-aware from the ground up: one shared codebase and database, with the public site adapting its theme, navigation, and content to whichever brand's domain a visitor lands on. Behind that, one admin console runs everything for all three brands, with an AI assistant layered on top to handle the busywork of day-to-day content and data management.
Build
The public experience covers class and event booking through Square, a tiered membership system (Digital Studio) with Stripe billing that unlocks a gated library of sound healing, yoga, breathwork, and meditation content, a full blog and media gallery, and a corporate wellness program page — all installable as an app with offline access. The admin console runs blog and page content through a built-in page builder, media with automatic image optimization, bookings, two-way Eventbrite event sync, subscriber/CRM management (importable from Square, Stripe, or CSV), a connected email inbox, brand and user management, and a dedicated ceremony-planning tool that pulls in Spotify tracks and reference imagery for building out sound baths and events. An AI admin assistant, running on Claude or OpenAI, can search, create, and update blog posts, pages, services, events, bookings, leads, and media directly through conversation, and can generate images straight into the media library.
Results
Sacred Vibes Yoga now operates three brands from a single connected platform instead of three disconnected sites. Bookings, payments, membership content, events, and content management all run through one admin console, and the AI assistant turns day-to-day admin work into a conversation instead of a series of manual tasks.
