Outcomes
  • Replaced a static brand site with a real commerce platform — products, services, rituals, events, and bookings all running through one system.
  • Built one admin console that manages every part of the business: catalog, orders, bookings, customers, journal content, media, email templates, newsletters, and the team itself.
  • Added role-based staff accounts so the owner can safely delegate day-to-day management without giving away full control.
  • Gave the brand a real payment system with Stripe Checkout and webhook-driven order creation, instead of manual order tracking.

Problem

Haus of Anubis needed a site that could carry a strong visual identity without becoming only an art-direction exercise. The business also needed practical, working tools for selling products, booking services and rituals, running events, and managing the growing catalog and customer base behind the scenes.

Approach

The platform was approached as a luxury digital temple with a real business underneath it: cinematic presentation and strong visual hierarchy on the surface, and one unified admin console running catalog, commerce, content, and the team beneath it. Every part of the business — products, services, events, bookings, customers — was built as a managed record instead of a static page.

Build

Customers shop the apothecary catalog, book services and ritual sessions, register for events, and check out through Stripe, with orders created automatically from a verified payment webhook. Behind the scenes, one admin console — built around a single reusable management system rather than a different tool for every section — covers products, categories, services, events, discounts, orders, bookings, customers, journal content, a media library, email templates, newsletters, subscribers, and social links. Role-based staff accounts (with an owner role that can't be edited or removed by anyone else) let the business safely bring on help without losing control of the brand.

Results

Haus of Anubis now runs its full catalog, bookings, events, and customer communication from one connected admin console instead of a static brand site with no operational layer. The result is a premium digital storefront and a real system for running the business behind it.
