Outcomes
  • Migrated the business off WordPress/WooCommerce onto a custom-built platform designed specifically around this business, not a page-builder template.
  • Unified herbal product sales, sound therapy bookings, gift cards, and wholesale inquiries into one Stripe-powered system.
  • Gave the owner one admin console for products, orders, shipping, refunds, bookings, blog/CMS content, and a real connected email inbox.
  • Added bulk product import/export and role-based staff accounts so the catalog and team can scale without added busywork.

Problem

Blu Lotus Garden was running on WordPress and WooCommerce — workable, but limiting. The brand needed a platform built specifically around herbal product sales, sound therapy bookings, and a growing wholesale side of the business, with real operational tools behind it instead of a stack of plugins.

Approach

The project was scoped as a full migration and rebuild: preserve everything that worked about the existing store, then replace it with a custom platform purpose-built for this business — ecommerce, bookings, wholesale, and content, all running through one connected admin console instead of a patchwork of WordPress plugins.

Build

Customers shop a full herbal product catalog, book sound therapy sessions with real availability and intake questions, buy gift cards, and submit wholesale/white-label inquiries as a separate B2B path — all through Stripe checkout. The admin console covers products (with bulk CSV/Excel import and export), categories, orders, refunds, shipping tiers, discounts, gift cards, bookings, services, a custom CMS for site pages, blog content, a connected email inbox, newsletter campaigns, customer records, first-party site analytics, and role-based staff accounts.

Results

Blu Lotus Garden now runs on a platform built specifically for its business instead of a general-purpose WordPress store. Products, bookings, wholesale inquiries, content, and email all run through one admin console, and the bulk import tools mean the catalog can keep growing without manual data entry.
